Eligible orders over $10.00 or more. (*Restrictions apply)

*Orders $9.99 and less will be charged a small order fee.

*Drop-Shipped orders (UPS, FedEx) will be charged $15.00 per order.

*Oversize and special orders can be charged additional delivery fees based on the item.

Special Delivery Service

Certain items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other things are pre-stocked at warehouses nationwide and provided by a common carrier. In these instances, a loading dock is needed for these items. If one is unavailable, delivery personnel will bring your order to the truck’s tailgate, and you are responsible for unloading the pieces and bringing them into your building.

If you need your order delivered to a specific area other than the front entrance, White Glove service is available for a  fee, based on the item(s) and area(s) to be delivered. For pricing on special deliveries, contact Customer Service.

Furniture & Special Orders

Most furniture orders are available for Next-Day Delivery between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, as defined by region and availability. You can also contact us Customer Support to schedule your furniture delivery.
